Personal Counselling

Seeking counselling isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s a step toward strength

Reaching out for support isn’t easy — but the reality is that going through hard times is difficult to do on your own. So many times we've heard people tell us they feel alone, even when they're in a relationship.

Personal counselling is a space where we help you to slow it all down, get help with overthinking things, and look at ways to build positive narratives in situations where all you seem to be feeling is negativity.

Its a space where you can speak freely, and begin to work through whatever’s weighing on you — whether that’s anxiety, stress or low self-worth. Sometimes it can quite simply be confusion, people can often just not understand why the feel the way they do. Trauma and PTSD can have prominent effects on our well being and it may not be that obvious that's the root cause.

Sometimes its more obvious, We've helped people that are burned out from work overload or working in high stress jobs.

But the way forward is to understand what the positive things are in your life and shift focus. We help with ways to shift your mindset.

To get into a better place, you need a starting point — and seeking help is the first hurdle to overcome. Once you've done that I can help you with strategies going forward.

Womens Counselling

Women tend to process emotions more openly — but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Juggling roles, carrying the emotional load, or feeling the pressure of motherhood can wear you down.

Jason offers a space to talk things through, make sense of what’s going on, and start setting clearer boundaries — not just for others, but for yourself.

Whether it’s burnout, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck — you don’t have to keep carrying it all on your own.
